Grace period: ZERO — no grace period after expiry
Overstay fine: AED 50/day from the first day after visa expiry
Tourist visas have zero grace period. If your tourist visa expires on Day 30 and you stay until Day 31, you owe AED 50 immediately plus a one-time AED 200 admin penalty. Always exit or complete your visa change before the expiry date.
4. Dependent Visa Cancellation
Dependent visas are tied to the primary sponsor. When a dependent leaves permanently, the primary sponsor cancels through GDRFA or ICP.
