We also hold the right to terminate any user's access in case of violations of the mentioned terms and conditions. By accessing the website, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms of use and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

General Terms & Conditions  

Acceptance of Terms

By accepting the terms, you are expected to agree to the conditions of use and ensure that your activities on the platform do not violate any laws or regulations. You will be entirely liable for the accuracy of your information, ensuring that it is accurate, complete, and updated.    

You must protect your information, including login ID, passwords and personal data. This information should be protected from unauthorized access or disclosure. By using our website, you agree to uphold your responsibilities and use the platform with legal and ethical standards.   

Our Services    

Our role involves processing online visa and travel document requests, such as Visa/Passport/OCI/Renunciation and GEP, collecting biometric data/documents to accompany applications (if applicable), submitting applications and biometric data to the official authority for consideration, collecting processed passports from Visa/Passport/OCI/Renunciation and GEP customers, and returning passports to applicants. By utilizing our in-house service, we facilitate information gathering and present it to the relevant authorities on your behalf.     

Users must diligently adhere to the outlined procedures regarding electronic visas and documentation. This encompasses thoroughly understanding the visa application process and ensuring accurate adherence to all documentation requirements. You should become acquainted with the relevant visa fees and processing durations (as the Government states) and adjust your travel schedules appropriately.    

You will be responsible for furnishing truthful and complete information throughout the visa application process, as any discrepancies could result in delays or denials. You can facilitate a seamless and efficient visa application process by fulfilling these responsibilities while ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.   

It's important to note that upon availing of our service, you become our customer, subject to the terms outlined. Our responsibility is to assist and support you throughout the visa and travel document application process, though the ultimate decision rests with the corresponding governmental authorities.    

We will not be responsible if any applicant is not eligible, provides incomplete information, fails to provide supporting documents as required, or makes any similar errors regarding the visa application.     

Approval and Disapproval of Applications  

It is clearly mentioned that neither we nor any other organization grant any kind of visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP, nor do we participate in any decision-making or judgmental role in your application process. The evaluation of your application for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP is not handled by us; instead, the official authority has the final say over whether to grant or deny it. This authority has the right to request additional information and supporting documentation for the application you submitted for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP and to reject any application you may submit.

General Obligation   

We shall process your applications in compliance with any guidelines periodically provided by the relevant authorities.  

Time frames for Processing Documents  

 We have no control over the official authorities' decision-making process or the processing timeframes for Visas, Passports, OCIs, Renunciations, and GEPs. We also have no control over the estimated processing times provided for applications for Visas, Passports, OCIs, Renunciations, and GEPs (including priority and super-priority applications). Please submit your application for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, and GEP well before the date you intend to travel, as we are not answerable for any direct or indirect damages due to application delays.  

Modifications to the Documents (including application withdrawal)  

You acknowledge that once your application is completed and submitted to us, it will be processed immediately, and you will not be able to change your mind. We cannot change or remove your application once it has been submitted. You might have to contact the relevant official authority directly for further information. In any event, no fees—such as those for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, GEP, or service—will be reimbursed, and any resubmission could be considered a new application.  

Applying applications and obtaining documentation on behalf of others   

Please be advised that we will not be involved in this matter if you wish to submit or pick up a passport or any other documents on behalf of someone else (who is not you). The necessary authorization for this action will be requested, and its acceptance will be contingent upon the applicable mandate of the official authorities.   

Children   

Please be advised that you must meet the minimum age requirements set forth by the official authority and your country of residency in order to apply for any travel documents. If you are not an adult, you will need authorization (parental/guardian consent, for example). We have no discretion over these limits; the official authorities mandate them. Similarly, please inquire about the policies governing minors during travel or upon arrival at the relevant airports with your airline.  

Delivery of Documents 

Our commitment is to return your passport and any supporting documentation as soon as possible after the Visa, Passport, OCI, Renunciation, and GEP have been processed (approved or denied) by the official authorities. We will notify you of its return and availability for pick-up or optional return courier if you request one at the time of application. Please be aware that even though every precaution is taken to select a reliable courier, we are not liable for any losses resulting from the courier's carelessness or the documents they misplaced or damaged. You can monitor the advancement of your application online. You can also select an optional SMS service that notifies you at each step of the application process. Nevertheless, Please be aware that this is an optional service, and we disclaim all liability for any loss or harm resulting from its receipt, non-delivery, or transmission.  

Promotional Content   

When passports or other documents are returned to the customer by Emirates Visa, promotional content might be added. When submitting your application for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP, you should let us know in advance if you do not want to receive such advertising materials. Nevertheless, we cannot vouch for or accept responsibility for any stated goods or services. Applicants are asked to independently assess the suitability of the stated offers before making their own judgments.  

Loss or damage to Documents   

We take all appropriate safety measures when handling a customer's passport and other documents. If a customer's submitted passport or other documents are lost or damaged beyond repair while in our care, we will repay the customer for any appropriate costs incurred by their home country's Government to replace the lost or damaged passport or other documents using their standard replacement process. To the extent of our ability, we will help the customer. When the customer presents the payment receipt given by their home country's Government to replace their lost or damaged passport or documents, we will make the necessary payments. Other wasted expenses, missed flights or travel expenses, losses, fees, fines, or damages incurred by a customer, a traveling companion, or family members due to misplaced or damaged documentation, as well as consequential or related damages or losses of a business or personal nature, are not covered our liability policy.  

Customer's Responsibilities   

Before applying for a Visa, Passport, OCI, Renunciation, or GEP, every customer must read and agree to the terms and conditions of the application. We are not allowed to offer suggestions for documentation or to remark on them. Since we do not check the information you submit with your application for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP, and because Emirates Visa is not allowed to comment on the merits or timeliness of your application, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to us. You must make sure that any supporting documentation, information, and extra steps (such as paying for your passport, visa, OCI, renunciation, and GEP costs, scheduling an appointment, and providing your biometrics, if necessary) are accurate, truthful, and completed on time.   

Furthermore, it is your duty to verify that the passport required for a particular route is valid (that is, it is undamaged, has not expired, is valid for a shorter period of time than required by the official authority, and has all pages from previous Visas, Passports, OCIs, Renunciations, and GEPs) and that the Visas, Passports, OCIs, Renunciations, and GEPs that have been issued are valid.   

Please be aware that your application for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, and GEP may be delayed or rejected if you have made any mistakes on it, have not completed any sections of it, or have paid the fees after the deadline. You must supply us with your current contact information (phone number, email address) so that we are able to contact you if there are any problems with the application or if more paperwork is needed.   

You are responsible for confirming that all the information on your processed Visa, Passport, OCI, Renunciation, and GEP documents—such as the duration, name, personal information, type, etc.—is accurate after receiving them back from us. If you notice any inconsistencies, you should contact us or the relevant authorities immediately. Please be aware that we are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies on your passport, visa, OCI, renunciation, or GEP, nor for any loss or damage resulting from such errors, whether direct or indirect.  

Our Responsibilities   

We are responsible for making appointments as required, accepting applications for visas, passports, OCIs, renunciations, and GEPs, and handling logistical fees. We also submit applications to the appropriate authorities and return completed passports to the appropriate customer or customers. Customers will have access to a system that allows them to book an appointment at the GEP Application Center, OCI, Visa, Passport, and Renunciation Center to submit paperwork and, if necessary, biometrics. It is crucial to remember that although we verify that the information on the application form is complete, we never verify its accuracy and are not responsible for any resulting losses or damages.  

We send the necessary paperwork to the appropriate authority as soon as the Visa, Passport, OCI, Renunciation, and GEP applications are completed and the necessary payments are made. After the official authorities have made a decision about your application, we will notify you to pick up your documents from our location, or if you selected the optional delivery service, we will mail them to you using the information you submitted at the time of application. Giving a backup phone number is recommended in case of an emergency.  

Our Value-Added Services  

This section relates to the value-added services we provide to clients who want to use it voluntarily and for a fee. We pledge to consistently provide our clients with the best possible services by providing various extra services. Please be aware that the availability of VAS may differ from nation to nation and be contingent upon the presence of service providers in a particular area. The services can be purchased in accordance with your needs and requirements and are not related to the application process for your primary visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP.   

Our value-added services are optional and discretionary services that can be obtained through a direct contract between the company and the customer for an additional service fee. Using this service has no bearing on the decision-making process or processing time of your Visa, Passport, OCI, Renunciation, or GEP in any way, and we disclaim all liability for any claims or damages you may suffer because of the decision-making process. The VAS may be withdrawn without prior notice, and fees may change. It is entirely up to you, the customer, to select which VAS services are offered and pay the appropriate fees. Any money spent on these services is not refundable, cannot be used toward another purchase, or can be switched between applicants. In this section, "Services" refers to all our services and details on our website. The following terms and conditions are applicable to all VAS. When purchasing a VAS, customers should carefully study the service description to ensure they understand what is and is not covered by the applicable service and the specific terms that apply to each service. These agreements also govern any additional services we occasionally offer on our website. Any service may be changed or stopped at any time without prior notification.  

Prices & Payments  

You calculate and pay the fees for the Services (the "Service Fees") in advance. After your payment has been approved, you can access the Services. You and we will only enter into any form of contract once you have authorized payment for the service. Until then, we reserve the right to refuse to provide the Services to you for any reason. You will get a payment verification once the Service Fee has been paid.  

Although our website will indicate where additional taxes are required and must be paid by you, service fees already include taxes.   

We will encrypt your credit/debit card information to reduce the risk of unidentified access or disclosure. When you place your order, you must authorize payment.   

Refunds for partially or fully consumed services are not available under any circumstances, including events outside our control or even significant events, unless they fall within our refund policy guidelines.  

Payment Processing  

We will process payments for services requested on this website, depending on the payment method used to acquire the services.  

Modifications to the Procedures  

Our services and accessibility are subject to change at any time. Any modifications will be made through our website. We are always looking for ways to improve our services. As may be required or deemed appropriate in the best interest of the application process, we hold the right, at our sole authority, to modify any portion of the services described on our website.  

Terms that apply to VAS   

Customers should carefully read the service description and any specific conditions listed for each service on the website since these terms and conditions are not all-inclusive. Kindly visit our website to obtain information on VAS availability.  

Not for Commercial Use   

The services are designed and accessible only to individual customers and for non-commercial use. You cannot resell the services without Emirates Visa's prior written approval.   

Cancellation and Reimbursement   

You can use the services when you've paid for them. Please be aware that all services are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except in the restricted situations specified in our refund policy. 

Limitation on Liability (VAS)  

Based on an action or claim in contract, neglect, tort, misrepresentation (other than fraudulent misrepresentation), violation of statutory duty, or otherwise, our liability to you under these terms for any losses associating to or arising in relation with services provided to you under these terms shall be limited to a fixed amount or equivalent to the service fees that you have paid for the services that are the subject of this claim, and which under no circumstances will include direct, indirect, consequential, or related damages, regardless of how the damage was caused. We shall not be liable to any applicant for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP, or to any other person who depends on or benefits from any of these applications for any of the following: any loss of profit or revenue; any contract, business, profession, or other occupation; any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages; or any other damages of any kind. This exclusion of liability covers, but is not restricted to, situations in which the loss is brought about by a delay, misplacement, loss, or damage of a passport, visa, OCI, renunciation, GEP, or another document.  

Registration on the Website   

It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you submit, whether for use on the website or otherwise, is accurate and complete. For us to appropriately interact with you, you must promptly notify us of any changes to the information you supply in association with your use of the website by updating your personal details.  

How You Utilize This Website  

None of the following uses of the website are permitted:  

• Spreading any content that violates any laws or that is illegal, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, hurtful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;  

• Sending content that incites illegal behavior, exposes one to civil liability, or violates any other applicable laws, rules, or standards of conduct;

Verification Of Travel Documents    

When we send you your travel document (passport, visa, or photo), you must confirm that all the information is accurate and comprehensive. If something is wrong with the documentation, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to fix it. Before starting your journey, you will be held accountable for any repercussions resulting from deficiencies you fail to notice. Furthermore, confirm your passport will be valid for at least six months after your journey begins. Please add our domain to your email service to ensure that spam filters or other issues prevent us from delivering travel papers via email. Keep a check on your spam filters in case you feel there is a delay in getting your travel documents. Specific travel documentation can also be obtained through your Service account.   

Prohibitions   

You are strictly prohibited from using the service or attempting to use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or criminal purpose. You also agree not to take part in any activities that could interfere with another party's accessibility and use of the service, damage, disable, overload, or impair any server or network connected to any server, or allow unauthorized access to accounts, computer systems, or networks through hacking or other means. Reverse engineering, disassembling, or decompiling any of our software or technology for use in any way other than for its intended commercial use is strictly prohibited, as is accessing systems, data, or information that our firm does not intend for users to have access to.

Applicable Charges    

Upon availing any service from us, you agree to all applicable charges. You also agree to settle all fees associated with any services we offer.  

 The Visa/Passport/OCI/Renunciation and GEP fees can be divided into:  

• Documentation fee:   

This is the cost set by the official authorities that you must pay to obtain a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, and GEP. The authority of the nation where you applied for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP determines the charge in the event of non-Schengen nations. Please be aware that we are only required to follow the directives of the official authorities and have no say in how much a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP costs.  

• Service fee:   

This is the amount that the service provider has the right to charge you, the customer, for the logistics services you received in compliance with the conditions outlined in the service provider-customer contract. The GEP, OCI, Visa, Passport, and Renunciation fees can be paid through different payment channels, such as credit/debit cards, online, bank draft, money order, banker, or cashier.    

Additionally, you are responsible for paying all relevant taxes and charges related to the purchase of services. Please note that requirements and fees for processing passports and visas may change, including immigration fees, processing charges, and documentation necessary for visa issuance, all of which are subject to change without prior notice.    

Changes in Fees & Charges  

The fees and processes that the official authorities impose on Visa, Passport, OCI, Renunciation, and GEPs are beyond our control. According to official sources, the fees mentioned are only applicable on the day they are quoted or delivered. Please be advised that the application fees may vary if you want to submit it later. We have no control over and are subject to change at any time without prior notice regarding the processes, specifications, and costs associated with obtaining a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, GEPs, and other official authority-issued licenses. We reserve the right to charge you more for higher fees and do not take responsibility for any procedure changes or fees. We'll notify you as soon as there are any modifications to the policies or costs.  

Communication Consent   

By accessing our website, you grant permission for us to contact you through SMS, email, phone, or any other means regarding your chosen services and promotional offers. These communications will adhere to updates and other information regarding your application status or any issues depending upon the procedure. We are not responsible for any mishaps or losses if the user has not adhered to our travel insurance; hence, we will not be held liable for any compensation or other legal matters.     

Travelers need to understand the coverage and limitations of their chosen insurance policies, including details on medical coverage, trip cancellation, and baggage protection. By acknowledging the significance of travel insurance and familiarizing themselves with available options, you can choose the most suitable option for yourself. Do read all the rules and policies adhering to the insurance policy. By accepting our offered insurance service, you also agree to the insurance's terms & conditions.       

Limitation of Liability    

This states that, to the fullest extent permitted by the law, in no event, we are applicable to you or any other individual or entity for any incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, emotional distress, or wrongful death, personal or bodily injury, loss of data, loss of profits or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including any information and content made available.    

No Responsibility for Inaccurate Information    

We will not be held liable for any loss, delays, or non-issuance of any application for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP resulting from or related to (including but not limited to) incomplete application forms, application forms that have been incorrectly or falsely completed, inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation, or the applicant's incorrect understanding of the requirements or documents that must be submitted in support of their application or subsequent responses given to requests for additional information/documentation.  

No Liability for Courier or postal service    

We will not be held responsible for any delays, loss or damage to any application, passport, or other document related to OCI, Renunciation, and GEP that arises from or happens while any application, passport, or document is in the custody of, any postal or courier service, including the transfer of applications, passports, or other documents related to OCI, Renunciation, and GEP between us and the appropriate official authority and when we return them to the customer.  

No Liability for Document Assessment  

We are not responsible for evaluating applications for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP, the documents submitted, or the approval or denial of those documents. Moreover, we bear no liability for any delays that may occur in the official authority's evaluation, approval, or denial of any application for a visa, passport, OCI, renunciation, or GEP or for the request for further information, documents, or a personal appearance.  

No Accountability for Spent Charges and Expenses   

For any commitment, cost, or expenditure incurred in anticipation of receiving the applied Visa/Passport/OCI/Renunciation and GEP, whether within a specific timeframe or at all, including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservation and other travel and accommodation deals, and any other bookings, we shall not be liable under any cases to any applicant, or any other person depending on or profiting from any Visa/Passport/OCI/Renunciation and GEP application. Before a Visa, Passport, OCI, Renunciation, and GEP are issued, we strongly advise against buying tickets or making reservations that cannot be changed unless there is a specific requirement listed in the application for a Visa, Passport, OCI, Renunciation, and GEP. In that case, open tickets may be purchased. Even then, we are not liable for any loss under any circumstances.   

We are only liable to pay for the actual damage incurred by you, not to exceed (Amount) or the service charges. Any issue arising in connection with your use of the service must be brought up within the duration of the date of the event, giving rise to such action until the end of your service.   

These limitations will apply to all liabilities, regardless of whether they are based on an implied or explicit level of service delivery, a contract, a statute, a tort, including negligence, or something else entirely. They will also apply even if a remedy described here is determined to have failed to achieve its intended goal. You acknowledge and accept that you utilize our website at your own risk. By accessing our platform, you agree to waive any claims against us, our affiliates, agents, and employees for any damages incurred to the extent permitted by law. This clause delineates the extent of our liability and constitutes a binding agreement between you and our website.    

Our Liability

This implies that you will be responsible for paying all fees and damages incurred if these third parties or we are sued for anything you did while using our service, including fraud, breaching the law, or doing something wrong on purpose. If someone sues us because of your activities, we have the right to handle the defence, and you consent to support us by assisting us with our requests for information and assistance. In essence, you agree to take responsibility for your mistakes and support us in case of any legal issues.  

Third-Party Service Providers   

In addition to our service, we may include or suggest third-party materials, resources, and content. We may also link to and use third-party websites and service providers. Even though we try to collaborate with respected and high-caliber organizations, we might not have complete control over these other parties and their products. As a result, you acknowledge and agree to accept the services partially or fully provided by these third-party service providers. We can suspend or terminate any user's account, service or any service feature for any reason without notice, such as in case of agreement violation. Upon the discontinuation of the service, the clauses in this agreement pertaining to service security, prohibited activities, copyrights, trademarks, disclaimers, limitation of liability, user submissions and dispute resolution, indemnity, and jurisdictional matters will remain in effect after the agreement is terminated or your relationship with us ends.    

You will lose access to the service and all stored data related to your account upon any termination of the service. Any termination of this agreement or your relationship with us will not affect the provisions pertaining to service security, prohibited activities, copyrights, trademarks, user submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, indemnity, and jurisdictional issues. You also agree that if this agreement terminates and your use of the service is terminated, you will not attempt to use the service under any other name, assumed or real, and that you will hold us harmless and indemnify us for any and all liability if you violate this restriction.   

Scan on Services  

We reserve the right to keep an eye on how the service is being used whenever we think it's suitable. Any content that might appear illegal or put us in danger of legal action may be removed at our discretion. Additionally, it can be against the terms of this agreement or our goal for the service.  

Information Confidentiality   

Any information collected or documents received by us for the services being used will be protected and held with the utmost priority as per our Privacy Policy. (Interlink to the policy page.) The information we collect from you is called basic user information. By sharing this information, you are granting a license to use it for the service chosen.     

The primary user information will only be shared with our third-party service provider, which will be necessary to complete your services. The third-party service providers are verified and operated, so your information will be protected. Other associated third parties such as Tour & Travel agencies, Government or Tour Guides from other countries can have their terms and conditions. Hence, we are not liable for any of the damage that occurred due to them.     

 Governing Law and Jurisdiction   

As per the clause concerning governing law and jurisdiction within our website's terms and conditions, all disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from using our services shall be subject to the laws of the Government of India. The users hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [appropriate jurisdiction within India] to resolve such matters. By using our website, you agree to be bound to the legally bound jurisdiction and do not raise any objections to the venue or convenience of such proceedings. This provision ensures clarity and transparency regarding the applicable legal framework and jurisdiction, facilitating efficient resolution of potential disputes by Indian law.

Although we anticipate that these changes will improve the service as a whole, it's possible you may disagree with us. You also agree that we have no responsibility or liability for any acts that result from such actions, including, without limitation, the deletion of, or failure to make available to you, any data or content, and that a variety of our actions may hinder or prevent you from accessing the service at certain times, for limited periods, or permanently. You acknowledge that if any part of the service is altered, suspended, or discontinued, we won't be held accountable to you or any other party.  

Miscellaneous   

No part of your rights under these terms and conditions may be assigned to another individual. Our rights under these Terms and Conditions may be transferred to another company, but your rights will remain unchanged. The company may utilize its rights and remedies later or in any other circumstance if you violate the Terms and Conditions, even if it decides to overlook your breach of these terms and conditions. If events outside the company's reasonable control result in a breach of these Terms and Conditions, it shall not be liable.  

Form Filling Terms & Conditions  

The following terms and conditions provide the legal foundation for form-filling services.  

The applicant, a natural or legal person for the Terms and Conditions, has consented to use our paid form-filling services. The applicant will be considered to have accepted this electronic record of the Terms and Conditions by virtue of their registration on the website. Should the candidate be a minor and require assistance with filling out forms, they must be accompanied by a parent or have a parent register on the minor's behalf.   

The applicant acknowledges that it has read, comprehended, and agreed that the Terms & Conditions, which control how the Paid Form Filling Services are used, are agreed upon and acknowledged.  

Services Offered:   

Fill out forms for renunciation, OCI, and passport.  

Charges:  

To use the Premium Services, each application or individual will be charged as per the services requested.   

Time Frame:  

Each form-filling procedure that requires a call from our designee will take forty minutes to complete. This time is subject to individual alteration, especially in unforeseen circumstances.   

Applicant acceptance or rejection:   

The Embassy is the only body that can decide whether to accept an application. It can accept or reject an application without providing a reason; its decision is final and enforceable against the applicant. Consequently, we shall not be liable or responsible to the applicant for the return or rejection of the application.   

Technical Difficulties:   

If a technical problem causes the call to disconnect from our end while the applicant is receiving form-filling assistance, We will contact them to arrange an alternative time frame. Should the candidate end the call, we will not return the call. The applicant must complete the application process in its entirety.  

Although we will help with the form filling, the applicant is ultimately responsible for ensuring its accuracy.   

Service Language:   

Emirates Visa exclusively uses English to maintain all channels of contact and provide services. Hindi can be used in spoken communication of any kind.   

Phone Recordings:  

We will record the calls with the applicants for training and quality assurance purposes. We hold the last say about whether to store the calls.  

Refund Policy:   

Only help filling out forms will be provided by us, and the prices are for the service. If an application is turned down, We will not be held accountable and will not issue a reimbursement for the services rendered. If the applicant decides not to proceed with the Services, expenses will not be reimbursed. Refunds, however, may be evaluated individually.  

Entire Agreement:   

By continuing, you accept and are bound by the terms and conditions that Emirates Visa has set forward. These mentioned terms and conditions comprise the entire agreement between you and our services.
