Trusted Dubai Visa Agent — Apply Online with Expert Help

Looking for a Dubai visa agent you can actually trust? This page explains exactly what we do, what we charge, how to verify we are legitimate (yes, we'll show you how to check us), and why our clients keep coming back to us as their preferred Dubai visa consultancy.

We are not a UAE government body and we don't claim to be. We are an independent, DTCM licensed visa tourism agency that files Dubai visit visas, tourist visas, transit visas, sponsored visas, and urgent visas through the official GDRFA and ICP Smart Services channels — the same channels you would use yourself if you self-filed.

Who We Are?

Emirates Visa is an independent, DTCM licensed visa tourism agency operating from Business Bay, Dubai. Established in 2017, we have spent the past 10+ years filing UAE tourist, visit, transit, sponsored, and urgent visas through the official GDRFA Dubai and ICP Smart Services channels — the same authorities you would use if you self-filed.1-0

Over the past 10 years, our team of 25+ UAE visa specialists has built a process around catching these errors before they cost you the visa. Our work isn't filing applications — it's making sure each application is correct, complete, and submitted to the right authority before you pay the government fee.

Most of our clients are travellers from India, United State, and Canada — but we file applications for travellers from 200+ nationalities worldwide. The application process is digital from end to end. You share documents over WhatsApp or email; we review them; we file through GDRFA or ICP; you receive an e-visa as a PDF in your inbox.

If that approach matches what you're looking for in a Dubai visa agent, send us your passport scan on WhatsApp and we'll confirm your visa category, fee, and timeline within 10 minutes.

Why Travellers Choose Us as Their Dubai Visa Agent

There is no shortage of visa agencies in Dubai. Travellers from India, Philippines, Africa, and beyond have hundreds of options. Here is what makes our agency the choice for travellers who care about getting their application filed correctly the first time.

1. We file through official GDRFA + ICP channels — and prove it

Every application we submit goes through the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Dubai or the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) Smart Services. You receive an official application reference number that you can track yourself on gdrfad.gov.ae or smartservices.icp.gov.ae. If your agent cannot give you that reference, your application has not been filed through legitimate channels.

2. Itemised pricing — government fee separated from our service charge

We never bundle fees. Every quote you receive lists the GDRFA government fee, 5% VAT, and our agency service charge as three separate lines. Government fees are public and identical across every legitimate agency — only the service charge varies. If you are quoted a single "all-in" fee with no breakdown, that's a sign of markup.

3. Document review before submission — the entire reason to use an agent

A wrong document scan, a name mismatch, an expired sponsor profile, the wrong visa category — these are the most common rejection causes, and they are all fixable before submission. Our specialists check every file before it goes to GDRFA. This is the actual job of a Dubai visa consultant — not just an upload service.

4. Free eligibility check within 30 minutes — no payment up front

Send us your passport photo page on WhatsApp. We confirm which visa category fits your case, what you'll pay, how long it'll take, and what documents are needed — for free, before any payment. If we can't help you, we'll tell you that too.

5. Verifiable reviews and a real office address

Our Google Profile, Trustpilot reviews, and Tripadvisor ratings are all linked from this page. Our DTCM trade licence number (You can ask us by whatsapp for the licence details, as these are not displayed publicly). Our Dubai office address is EMIRATES VISA, Silicon Tower, F 24, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can verify everything before you message us — and we encourage that.

Visa Categories We Process

We handle six core inbound UAE visa types through authorised channels:

1. Dubai Visit Visa (30, 60 & 90 days)

Single-entry and multi-entry visit visas for tourism, family visits, and business meetings. Most Indian and Pakistani applicants choose 30-days visa or 60-day single-entry visas.

2. Dubai Tourist Visa

Standard 30-day and 60-day tourist visas. Government fee from AED 200 + 5% VAT + agency service charge — all confirmed before payment.

3. Visit & Tourist Visa Extension

On-shore extensions filed before your visa expires. Visit visa extensions cost AED 600 + 5% VAT; tourist visa extensions AED 810. Sponsored extensions AED 1,120-1,150.

4. Dubai Transit Visa (48 & 96 hours)

Transit visas for travellers connecting through DXB or DWC. We confirm onward ticket eligibility and submit through the right route.

5. Urgent / Express Dubai Visa

Same-day to 3-4-hour visa processing for time-critical travel. Express filings carry an additional government and service fee — quoted before you commit.

6. Sponsored Visit Visa

Visit visas where a UAE resident or citizen sponsors the applicant. We handle the sponsor's documents too — Emirates ID, proof of relationship, salary certificates.

Dubai Visa Agent Fees — Transparent, Itemised Pricing

This is the section you came here for. Below is exactly what you'll pay for each visa type, broken into its three components: the GDRFA / ICP government fee (the same at every legitimate agency), 5% VAT on the government fee, and our agency service charge.

Visa type Govt fee VAT (5%) Our charge Total
30-day tourist AED 200 AED 10 $50–$100 From $107 - $120
60-day tourist AED 850 AED 15 $50–$100 From $285 – $350
60-day visit AED 750 - 850 AED 10 $50–$100 From $260 – $350

Visit visa extension AED 600 AED 30 $50–$100 From $220
Urgent / express Govt + urgent fee 5% Quoted case-by-case Confirmed before pay

Note* Government fees vary by visa type and processing speed. Standard 30-day fees are different from 60-day, extension, urgent processing, or sponsored visa fees. Your exact figure is confirmed in your quote before payment.

Why our service charge varies $50-$100: The lower end ($50) applies to standard 30-day tourist visa applications with clean documentation. The higher end ($100) applies to sponsored applications, extensions, urgent processing, or cases requiring extra document liaison with sponsors in the UAE. The exact figure is locked in your quote before payment.

INR equivalents (for Indian applicants): 30-day tourist visa total typically ₹10,500 to ₹11,500. 60-day tourist visa total typically ₹29,500 to ₹30,500. Visit visa extension total typically ₹20,490–₹24,690. NGN forex conversion may add 1.5%-3.5% depending on your card.

Is Using a Dubai Visa Agent Safe?

Yes — when the agent files through authorised channels, gives you an official tracking reference, and operates from a registered UAE address you can verify yourself. The risk in this industry isn't using an agent; the risk is using an unverified agent. Here is how to tell the difference.

What makes a Dubai visa agent legitimate

  • A visible UAE trade licence number (DTCM mainland or free zone equivalent) — verifiable on dubaided.gov.ae or u.ae
  • A UAE-prefix phone number (+971) that rings during business hours
  • A clear non-affiliation disclaimer stating the agency is not a UAE government body

Red flags of a fraudulent Dubai visa agent

  • WhatsApp-only contact, no UAE phone or office address
  • Pressure to pay urgently or to a personal bank account / cryptocurrency
  • Promises of "100% guaranteed approval" — this is impossible; visa decisions are at GDRFA's discretion
  • Prices unusually low or unusually high — government fees are fixed, so massive price differences indicate either markup or scam
  • Visa PDFs that won't validate on gdrfad.gov.ae — fake visas can look real, but the reference number is the truth

How to Verify Any Dubai Visa Agent (Including Us) Before Paying

This takes 10 minutes and is the single most important step before paying any agency. We tell our prospective clients to do this with us. Here is the exact process.

Step 1 — Find the agency's UAE trade licence number

It should be visible on the website footer, contact page, or About Us section. If it isn't displayed at all, that's already a red flag. Our trade licence number is in our footer.

Step 2 — Verify the licence on the official UAE registry

  1. For mainland Dubai companies: visit eservices.dubaided.gov.ae and use the "License Information" search.
  2. For free zone companies: visit the relevant free zone's website (DMCC, JAFZA, IFZA, etc.) and use their licence enquiry tool.
  3. For all UAE businesses regardless of authority: use the National Economic Register (NER) at u.ae — searches across mainland and all free zones.
  4. Confirm the licence is Active (not expired or suspended), and the registered business activity includes "document clearance services" or "visa typing services"

Step 3 — Confirm GDRFA / ICP filing protocol before paying

Ask the agent: "Through which authority will my application be filed — GDRFA Dubai or ICP Smart Services? Will I receive an official tracking reference I can verify on the portal?" The answer should be confident, specific, and yes. If they hesitate or claim filing is "through our system," that's not a legitimate filing route.

Dubai Visa Agent Contact Number & WhatsApp

The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp — most queries are answered within 10 minutes during UAE business hours (9am to 6pm GST, Sunday to Thursday). For urgent visa cases, WhatsApp is available 24/7.

Direct contact options

  • WhatsApp: +971 588850205 — preferred for visa enquiries, document sharing, and quotes
  • Phone: IN +91 8178567149  or UAE +971 588850205 — for direct calls during business hours
  • Email: support@emiratesvisa.in — for formal documents, sponsor letters, payment receipts
  • Office: EMIRATES VISA, Silicon Tower, F 24, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates — visit by appointment only

What to send in your first message

The 4 things we need to give you a precise quote in 30 minutes:

  1. Your nationality (passport country)
  2. Your purpose of travel — leisure, family visit, business, transit
  3. Your travel dates or rough timeframe
  4. Whether you are travelling alone or with family

That's it. Don't send your passport scan in the first message — we'll ask for it after you decide to proceed. A reputable visa agent never asks for sensitive documents before agreeing on terms.

Dubai Visa Agent Near You — Wherever You Are

"Dubai visa agent near me" is one of the most common queries we see — and the answer is simple: location of the agent doesn't matter for inbound UAE visas. The application is filed online through GDRFA Dubai or ICP Smart Services regardless of whether the agency is in your country, in Dubai, or anywhere else.

What "near me" actually means for this service

  • If you're in India — we serve clients across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Amritsar, and every other Indian city. The application is identical.
  • If you're in the Philippines — we serve Manila, Cebu, Davao, and beyond
  • If you're in Africa — we serve Lagos, Nairobi, Cape Town, Cairo, and beyond
  • If you're already in the UAE on another visa — we serve Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all emirates

The entire process is digital. You share documents over WhatsApp or secure email. You pay through verified payment gateways. Your approved e-visa arrives in your inbox as a PDF. There is no need to visit any agent's office in person — and frankly, no reputable inbound-visa agent will require it.

Dubai Visa Agent Reviews — What Our Clients Say

Our reviews are on platforms where Google verifies the reviewer's identity — not anonymous testimonials on our own website.

⭐ Google — (4.7★★★★  reviews)

⭐ Trustpilot — (4.1 reviews)

⭐ Tripadvisor — (3.9 reviews)

We encourage every client to leave a review — positive or critical — on these platforms. Critical reviews help us improve. Honest negative feedback is more useful than 5-star reviews from anonymous accounts.

What Makes the Best Dubai Visa Agent — and How to Choose

"Best" means different things to different travellers. Here is how to choose based on what matters most to you.

If your priority is... Look for an agent with...
💰 Lowest service charge Self-filing through gdrfad.gov.ae directly is usually the cheapest option because there is no agent fee involved. If you prefer using an agency, expect a service charge between $50–$100. Any offer below $30 should be carefully verified before making payment.
⚡ Fastest processing Choose an agency that provides a 24-hour urgent processing route through an authorised UAE channel. Always confirm urgent slot availability before paying. Standard visa processing usually takes around 2–4 working days regardless of the agency.
🛡️ Highest trust & safety Look for a DTCM-licensed agency with genuine customer reviews, transparent itemised pricing, clear GDRFA filing information, and a verified Dubai office address. Trusted agencies should openly explain every stage of the visa process.
📄 Specific complex case For sponsored applications, prior visa rejections, or urgent travel situations, choose an agent that performs proper document review and verification instead of only upload support. A good question to ask is: “Will you review my documents before submission?”
🌐 Language support Many UAE visa agencies provide multilingual support including Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Tagalog, and Russian in addition to English. Confirm language availability during your first inquiry to ensure smoother communication.
